Sapon IQ is a natural skincare and body care brand focused on transforming daily routines into intentional rituals. Known for its hero bar soaps such as Charcoal and Turmeric, the brand blends clean ingredients, thoughtful sourcing, and modern design to stand confidently within the competitive organic skincare market.

From Rebrand to Scalable Body Care Brand

Sapon IQ entered a competitive natural skincare and body care market where many brands rely on rustic visuals or generic “natural” messaging. The rebrand focused on elevating the brand’s perception while maintaining its organic, plant based foundation.

Our goal was to reposition Sapon IQ as a modern self care brand that blends clean ingredients, thoughtful design, and everyday ritual. The result is a cohesive skincare and body care brand system built to strengthen product positioning, improve shelf presence, and support growth across ecommerce, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.

Brand Strategy & New Visual Identity

The rebrand repositioned Sapon IQ from a traditional handmade soap company into a refined natural skincare and body care brand with broader category potential. Strategy focused on clarity, hero product prioritization, and creating a cohesive system that supports growth beyond bar soap.

The new visual identity introduces a more structured and recognizable design language. A confident teal palette anchors the brand, while clean typography and modern layouts communicate trust, quality, and scalability. The result is a brand that feels elevated, gift worthy, and ready for national ecommerce growth.

Packaging & Label Design

As part of the rebranding process, we developed a scalable packaging and label system for bar soaps and future skincare and body care products. The new packaging feels cohesive, modern, and commercially competitive while staying aligned with sustainable values.

Clear hierarchy, refined spacing, and consistent structure improve shelf presence and create stronger brand recognition across SKUs. The system was built to perform on Amazon, TikTok Shop, and in future retail environments.
