The Challenge

24-7 Health Connect approached Aventive Studio seeking a full rebrand to increase app users and drive financial growth. Without a clear brand strategy, their visuals - logo, colors, and website - were not resonating with their ideal clients or reflecting their core values. They needed a cohesive, engaging brand identity to strengthen their positioning and connect with their target audience.

Rebranding

Aventive Studio’s team led the complete rebranding of 24-7 Health Connect, revitalizing every aspect of their visual identity. Their outdated and overly complex logo no longer aligned with the brand's friendly, trustworthy voice or vision. We set out to create a fresh design that would reflect the core characteristics of the business. To achieve this, we replaced the cold, uninspiring color palette with warm, hopeful tones that communicated positivity and trust.

To ensure cohesion, we began the website redesign by developing stylescapes (moodboards) to guide the overall design direction. These stylescapes helped us choose colors with psychological impact, legible fonts, and styled imagery that resonated with 24-7 Health Connect’s target audience.

Once the rebranding characteristics were established, Aventive Studio focused on refining the logo. It was essential to maintain a connection to the original logo for brand recognition while modernizing and simplifying the design. By incorporating a cross and a heart - symbols of healthcare and compassion - we created a clean, professional logo that embodied both aesthetic appeal and the brand’s mission.

Website Copy, Design & Development:

After finalizing 24-7 Health Connect’s visual identity, Aventive Studio took on the task of writing compelling copy, designing the website layout, and overseeing its development. The primary objective of the website redesign was to increase customer acquisition and app users, ultimately driving financial growth. We built the new website on the WordPress platform, utilizing the WooCommerce e-commerce plugin. This setup provided the flexibility and creative freedom needed to design a user-friendly, visually appealing website that effectively converts visitors into customers and app users. The result is a seamless online experience that aligns with 24-7 Health Connect’s mission and brand strategy.
